If you have a friend who has been interested in the cool stuff you are doing, invite them to a meeting! We would love to take some extras to Council Wide and let them know how much fun we have.
Council Wide
WHEN: Leave the church parking lot at 5:00 pm on Friday, April 23.
Return on April 25 around 1:00 pm.
WHERE: Camp E-ko-wah
COST: $20.00 per person
DEADLINE: Tuesday, March 28.
Bring a sack dinner for Friday night.
We will be needing volunteers to drive us and our gear down on Friday and pick us up on Sunday.
Silver Award
I think everyone in the troop will have nearly completed our Leadership Award by the end of spring. We just need to do one IP (badge) with those who bridged up to cadettes last. Then we have to do the 4Bs Challenge. Both of these can be taken care of over the summer with a lock in and a field trip. That leaves next year, fall and spring to complete the 40 hour Silver Award project.
Not everyone is on track to get the Silver Award. If you have chosen to miss several meetings in a row, you are probably behind. If you are truly interested in getting your Silver Award, then let me know and I'll get you the information on how to catch up.
